AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Annual Salary: £45,000 - £50,000, plus £6,500 car allowance and annual performance bonus
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Area Operations Manager to join our well-established client.
The role is regional covering sites in the Enfield and surrounding areas on a full-time permanent basis.

As the Area Operations Manager, you will lead a branch operations team to deliver exceptional customer service
You will also optimise costs to drive growth and achieve financial objectives outlined in the operating plan.
You will foster a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement, ensuring all operational activities align with industry standards and best practices.
