Quality Inspection Operatives – Immediate Starts (CV7 / Exhall)
Location: Exhall, Coventry (CV7)
We are recruiting Basic Quality Inspectors to join a busy automotive site in the Exhall area. Great opportunity for long-term, consistent work.
Pay Rates AND Shifts Available (Fixed – NOT rotational):
1. Days (6am–2pm): £12.21/h
2. Afternoons (2pm–10pm): £12.21/h
3. Nights (10pm–6am): £13.50/h
4. Saturdays (6am–12pm): £14.00/h
Role Overview:
5. Basic visual inspection of car parts
6. Checking for scratches, marks, defects, and inconsistencies
7. Light handling, sorting, and logging components
8. Following simple quality instructions
9. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

10. Good attention to detail
11. Reliability and strong work ethic
12. Ability to work at a steady pace
13. No previous experience required – full training provided
