About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Team.
Working within the Business Change Team to provide business analysis support on our exciting digital transformation programme of work and continuous improvement activities. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify, analyse, and recommend business improvements and develop solutions. You'll play a key role in communicating between departments to convey how information technology can support the organisation's needs.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience as a business analyst supporting the implementation of IT business-change projects and continuous improvement. A formal BA qualification such as ISEB, BCS or CBAP is also required.
You will be process-driven with a passion for process improvement, be proactive, self-motivated, and have strong analytical/critical thinking skills.
An expert in Microsoft 356 skills, project management methodologies and business analysis tools and techniques, you will know to how lead effective workshops to elicit requirements and map out business change journeys.
