Responsibilities include:
1. Support, challenge, and mentor a cohort of Newly Qualified Social Workers, providing reflective supervision as part of the Steps to Success Programme.
2. Model and support the embedding of the Better Together model of practice.
3. Provide leadership in practice, leading and supporting others to improve practice across the Supporting Families Division.
Requirements:
* Social Work England registration.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
