Job Title: IS Trainer
Salary: c.£35,000- £40,000 (dependent on skills and experience)
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:
As an IS Systems Trainer, you will play a key role in supporting digital adoption across the organisation by designing and delivering engaging IT training programmes on Microsoft 365, CRM systems and related technologies. You will help colleagues build confidence in using digital tools effectively, contributing to business objectives and ongoing transformation initiatives. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will create high-quality training materials, deliver induction and systems training, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and user support.
What youll bring:
You will bring strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, excellent communication skills and proven experience delivering training to both groups and individuals. Confident working with users at all levels, you will be able to explain technical systems in a clear and engaging way to non-technical audiences. Alongside your customer-focused approach, you will have experience developing training materials, managing stakeholder relationships and working to tight deadlines. A methodical, self-motivated and flexible approach, together with a passion for helping others succeed with technology, will enable you to thrive in this role.
