Working Hours: 20 hours - 10:00am – 2:00pm Monday-Friday
Salary: £11,000
As a sales customer advisor at Newcastle Customer Contact Centre you will be working with brands including Rentault, Nissan, Kia, Ford. Our Sales contact centre advisors play a crucial role in delivering Lookers first class customer experiences. This is a full-time office-based role where collaboration amongst the team of advisors is essential and continual growth are key to ensuring we create a centre of excellence. The CCC has a friendly and fast paced energetic environment which is perfect for enthusiastic team players.
As a Sales advisor here at Newcastle CCC you will be reporting to Steven Bell who is a highly experienced contact centre manager. Steven along with the friendly team of advisors and team leaders will be providing ongoing support to ensure that you have the tools needed to perform to the very best of your ability. You will also receive brand specific training which will enable you to progress within the business long term. You will have the pleasure of liaising with customers through telephone and digital communications to arrange both physical and virtual appointments which will result in sales. Responsibilities
1. Provide fantastic customer service to all customers enquiring about purchasing a vehicle
2. Manage your own workload to ensure leads are followed up and customers are contacted at the correct time
3. Deal with enquiries via the telephone, email, and manufacturer platforms
4. Work towards manufacturer KPI's
5. Provide as much detail on the enquiry to the dealership to allow a fantastic customer experience
Qualifications
You will be joining our team of advisors and your role requires you to have great computer skills, be confident working within a target-based environment and achieving KPI’s. You’ll be a natural communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport easily.
In addition to making bookings, you will be required to upskill and coach the customer advisors, deliver training to new starters, and share best practice with your colleagues. Working closely with the team leader and manager you will be given time to prepare and create coaching content for the advisors.
