The successful candidate will work within the company's Belfast branch.

Responsibilities:
Bringing together a passion for customer service and a proactive approach to sales, you will take personal responsibility for:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all customers at the trade counter.
- Taking the time to understand customer needs and offering appropriate product advice.
- Processing transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and maximise sales.
- Maintaining an organised, clean and well‑stocked trade counter area.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishing shelves as required, escalating low stock levels to management.
- Handling customer enquiries both in person and over the phone in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Processing customer orders for collection.
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑led environment.
- You will be self‑motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A good KPI‑focused sales background.
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail are essential for handling transactions accurately.
- You will be confident in upselling products in a helpful and consultative manner.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team is key.
