Time 4 Recruitment have an opportunity for a Internals Manager role located in Kew Gardens working for a well-established, main contractor in the UK. Our client specialises in key construction projects including new build and refurbishments of hotel and leisure, commercial, industrial, health and education. For this role it is vital you have experience of working as a Internals Manager with FIT OUT experience. You will report to the Site Manager on a daily basis As Internals Manager you will be working on a retirement Complex project so the ideal candidate will have worked on the fit out on luxury apartments. Reporting to the Site Manager, as Internals Manager you would be responsible for finishing trades onsite, delivering a high specification finish, on time and on budget. You will work closely with the site personnel to deliver project finishes to a high standard. Additional responsibilities include overseeing from first fix stage right the way through preparing and managing snagging lists, reporting on sub-contractors as well as maintaining a high level of Health and Safety.
