Within a professional and nurturing environment, we operate a payroll bureau which supports a huge variety of business types. This will enable the applicant to gradually work on increasingly complex payrolls while at the same time gaining experience of payroll processes.
The applicant will be working within our dedicated payroll bureau, providing a vital and valued service for our clients by assisting on a variety of payrolls to include weekly, fortnightly, 4 -weekly, monthly and annual schemes. After a short period of initial training the applicant will be processing simple payrolls with limited supervision and then progress onto more complex payrolls at a pace they are comfortable with and their development allows.
Comprehensive in -house training will be provided from experienced colleagues in the team. This will be supplemented by online formal training and tutoring sessions.
When successfully completed, the applicant will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in payroll, which is recognized in it's own right and can provide a platform for further formal qualifications in payroll in the future.
