I am working with a client in the Birmingham area that is looking for mid to senior .Net developers to join their team.
They are looking for someone who is autonomous, proactive and accountable, able to understand ambiguity, take ownership of tasks and use best practice in development standards.
You should be able to work independently on tasks while being confident enough to ask for support when needed.
You should be someone that uses SOLID design principles in your work and understands how to secure applications using IAM tools, integrating SSO and MFA into applications.
This is a regulated and governance‑heavy environment in a fintech setting.
There are two environments to choose from: greenfield focused or brownfield.
Technology Stack
* C#
* .NET 8 (soon .NET 10)
* Azure – App Services, Service Bus, Containers, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, MSSQL Server
* GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Entra (MFA/SSO)
Responsibilities
* Hands‑on development of C# and .NET applications.
* Follow best practice within team standards.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally in Agile/Scrum teams.
* Write unit and integration tests.
* Ensure DevOps processes are applied consistently across SDLC.
* Work across monolith and microservices architectures.
* Communicate with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Desirables
* Mid to senior level experience with .NET (C#).
* Experience in regulated fintech environment.
* Knowledge of SOLID design principles.
* Experience securing applications with IAM, SSO, MFA.
* Desirable: Azure certifications.
