The Opportunity
Sales Consultant – Part‑time (10 hours per week) at our Cheltenham store.
As the face of the brand, you will deliver excellent customer service, share detailed product knowledge, and guide customers through a personalized buying journey. You will also provide sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations or hand & arm massages, support stock management, cleaning, and restocking tasks.
Responsibilities
* Provide stellar customer service and detailed product knowledge.
* Create sensorial experiences through fragrance consultations and massages.
* Support the team with stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
* Achieve store and personal KPI targets.
