Join WTW as a Pensions Data Specialist and be part of Pension Data Solutions.
Step into a role where your pension project administration, data, and/or calculation expertise truly makes an impact. As a Pensions Data Specialist at WTW, you’ll move beyond day‑to‑day admin and become a key contributor to large-scale, technical DB pension projects. If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with data, and seeing your work improve outcomes for thousands of members, this role is a perfect next step.

From GMP exercises to benefit rectifications, no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a supportive team, learning from experienced specialists, while getting the chance to grow your technical, analytical, and project skills.
If you’re currently in pension project administration, pension analysis, or calculations and looking for a more dynamic, project-focused role with room to grow — this is your opportunity to take that next leap.

6. Contribute to multiple projects at once (typically 3–5), each spanning 6–8 months.
7. Support project planning, triage activities, tracking tasks, and preparing project documentation.
8. Communicate clearly with project leads and stakeholders, raising risks or issues promptly.
