IT Support Apprentice
A growing managed service provider is seeking an IT Support Apprentice who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to begin a rewarding career in IT, who holds a full UK Driving License.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st Line IT Support to clients
* Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure
* Manage calls, service tickets, and email requests via a Service Desk
* Deliver both remote and on-site technical support
* Respond promptly to system failures and technical issues
* Create and maintain process documentation
* Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
1. Full UK driving licence (required for on-site support)
