To be successful you will require a strong background within administration ideally from a Legal setting, experience within IP is not essential but would be looked upon favourably. For this role, it is key to have exceptional attention to detail as well as outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Duties will include:
* Dealing with the preparation, filing, renewing, and validation of IP applications both patent and trademarks.
* To prepare cost estimates.
* Ensuring the firms IP management system is updated regularly.
* Providing administrative assistance when needed.
