Do you love science and want to make a real difference in education? We’re looking for a Science Technician to join our team and help bring science to life in secondary schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, dynamic environment and values flexibility in their working pattern.
As a Science Technician, you’ll be responsible for preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and materials, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and supporting teachers during experiments and demonstrations. You’ll also manage stock levels and order resources as needed, playing a vital role in the smooth running of science lessons.
We’re seeking a science graduate or someone with strong scientific knowledge. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school is highly desirable, as it shows you understand the classroom environment. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and students.
