At NCCC, you're paid for every hour you're at work – including sleep-ins. We know your time, energy and presence are valuable, so whether you're supporting a young person during the day, night, or even while asleep at the home, you're earning.
Here's the best bit – on a 1-on, 2-off rota, you only work 10 days a month. That means more time for you, your family, and your life outside of work – with no drop in income.
Residential Support Worker – £12.25/ £12.50 (FTE - £36.000 p.a.)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.25-£12.50 per hour
