Contract: Permanent

Location: Maidenhead

With over 50 years materials handling experience to call upon, Neckar Forklifts understand how to lift, store and move goods. From forklift sales, hire, driver training, all makes service, parts, fleet management and warehouse planning, we provide total solutions. Neckar Forklifts has two convenient locations - a short distance from London's Heathrow Airport and in Castleford, West Yorkshire - serving the North of England and Scotland.

The Impact you will have:

As a Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our fleet operations, ensuring our fleet and customers vehicles are safe, roadworthy and ready to go.

You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and engineers to manage all aspects of fleet support.

Your day-to-day will include:

* reactive and scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime
* managing breakdowns
* processing requests and ensuring accurate records
* liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers
* keeping the internal system up to date with all fleet activity.

What will help you to excel in this role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as being a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Ideally, you'll be:

* a great communicator who can build relationships and resolve issues quickly
* organised and detail-focused, with strong time management skills
* comfortable using fleet management systems
* proactive, with a hands-on approach and a drive to get things done. xxuwjjq
