Senior IFA Administrator

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team of around 15 professionals who deliver truly personal financial planning. They support individuals, families, and business owners across Surrey and the South East, providing a service that is consistently personalised and transparent.
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client journey from start to finish.
Approximately 80% of your role will focus on administrative support, complex case management, and overseeing client processes. The remaining 20% will involve assisting with supervision of other team members and supporting aspects of report writing alongside advisers and paraplanners.

To be considered for this Senior IFA Administrator position:
8. 3+ years experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role
9. Experience handling complex cases independently
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Confident liaising with providers, platforms, and clients
12. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
