Our Customer Service and E-Commerce team are looking for an awesome colleague to help spread the Christmas magic during our busiest time of year and to provide our customers with a fantastic shopping experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
* Assisting customers with enquiries, returns, and product questions.
* Answering emails, phone calls, and live chats with a smile.
* Providing a high level of service in a fast-paced, festive environment.
* Spreading holiday joy with every interaction
TO BE A SUCESSFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT YOU WILL NEED:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Be reliable and flexible, able to adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping calm and efficient, even on our busiest days.
* Have high levels of attention to detail.
* Enjoy being active.
