Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for people and processes? I’m looking for an HR Coordinator to join a small and collaborative HR team in Oakham, providing key support across a wide range of HR activity.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a first point of contact for HR related queries across the employee lifecycle
* Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
* Support the recruitment process including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters
* Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
* Provide transactional support in relation to employee relations, performance reviews, and absence management
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
About You
* Previous experience in a HR administration or coordination role (1–2 years preferred)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner
* Able to prioritise tasks independently
