We are seeking an experienced and motivational Skills Coach/Assessor to support learners in achieving their Apprenticeship qualifications in Professional Services, including HR, Learning & Development, Leadership & Management, and Project Management. This is an Expression of Interest for future opportunities and is ideal for professionals who are passionate about coaching, mentoring, and delivering impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality coaching and mentoring to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. Conduct initial skills assessments and identify development needs through detailed gap analysis. Facilitate regular progress reviews, set SMART targets, and support timely qualification achievement. Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to enhance learner outcomes. Provide academic and pastoral support, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Maintain accurate learner records using BUD, ensuring compliance with quality and funding standards. Promote and embed Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding, British Values, Prevent, and Health & Safety. Requirements What We're Looking For Proven professional experience in HR, Learning & Development, Leadership & Management, or Project Management A recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., CAVA, AET ). Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessment criteria. Experience managing learner caseloads and delivering against performance targets. Excellent communication, time management, and digital delivery skills. A genuine passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their goals.
