Job Title: School Business Manager
Be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of the School, including Financial Management, Human Resources, Administration, Health & Safety, and Compliance.
Advise on and implement the day-to-day support to enable the School to operate effectively and efficiently.
Promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the School and strategically ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the School's learning objectives.
Salary: £38,626-41,511 per year
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, Friday 8.30 am - 4 pm, with ½ hour unpaid break)

Additional Details
Salary: NJC Grade 10, depending on experience (£38,626 - £41,511 per annum, pay award pending). Pro-rata salary during term time: approximately £36,249 - £38,956 per annum.
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, including INSET days, with holiday periods in Easter and summer.
