We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our new business team, playing a pivotal role in transforming the way companies engage with their employees.Your Mission:As an Account Executive at WorkBuzz, your mission is to be at the forefront of prospecting and signing new companies. You'll lead the entire sales cycle, from initiating conversations to closing deals, with a strategic focus on key verticals in the deskless/frontline worker space. With strong support from our marketing and sales development teams, you'll drive growth and contribute to our mission of reshaping workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Relationship Building: Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build lasting relationships within your core verticals.Product Demonstrations:Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the transformative power of WorkBuzz.Outbound Activities:Perform outbound activities to build a robust revenue pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities.Sales Cycle Management:Manage the entire sales cycle, demonstrating expertise in value-based selling and strategic deal management.Brand Visibility:Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish WorkBuzz as a leader in HR tech.Requirements:We're seeking a candidate with the following qualities and skills:Experience: 5+ years of strong sales performance, delivering high-value SaaS solutions in large enterprises, preferably within the HRTech space.Sales Expertise: Proven track record in handling sophisticated sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with technical and business decision-makers.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.Industry Knowledge: Experience in HRTech and familiarity with selling into both private and public sectors to win deals.Methodologies: Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.What You Will Do:As a Senior Account Executive, your daily activities will include:Inbound Lead Qualification: Qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up from both marketing and the dedicated sales development team.Outbound Prospecting: Prospect target accounts in your assigned verticals to generate interest and build a sustainable pipeline.Relationship Building: Research accounts, identify key players, and build relationships in your sector.Quota Achievement: Hit your ramp and subsequently achieve quarterly quotas, contributing significantly to our growth trajectory.What You'll Need:We're looking for a high-achiever with:· Proven success in closing deal sizes of >£30k or more.· Competitive team player with a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals.· Avid learner of industry knowledge with a passion for how HRTech can impact a business core priorities.Our CultureWorkBuzz is fast-paced, dynamic and rewarding.
