We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team. This role would suit someone who is friendly and approachable, with great people skills.
About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service on the shop floor, responding to queries, championing products and membership, and delivering a great shopping experience. They will also work together with colleagues to solve problems for customers and make sure the store is safe and legal.
