We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, providing tools, analysis and insight across a portfolio of key ISS UK accounts.
This role will play a crucial part in enabling informed decision-making, challenging established thinking and supporting the delivery of business strategy.
You will work as a trusted adviser, delivering real‑time analysis to maximise value creation for the Client while minimising risk exposure.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of end‑to‑end financial management for the client contract, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to both ISS UK and the Client.
You bring strong commercial finance experience in service‑based contract environments, along with the ability to proactively manage risks, optimise opportunities and build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide financial analysis, insight, and real‑time support to drive commercial decision‑making.
* Act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders and clients across key accounts.
* Manage end‑to‑end financial performance of contracts, including reporting, forecasting, and month‑end.
* Build strong client relationships and support commercial negotiations.
* Identify risks and opportunities, supporting cost optimisation and business improvement initiatives.
* Ensure contract governance, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
* Oversee billing, cash collection, and balance sheet management for the portfolio.
* Support supplier and supply chain performance, including cost control and contract alignment.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and production of management accounts.
* Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
* Fully Qualified (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand drivers of financial performance.
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing or guiding teams.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships.
* Solid understanding of financial governance and control frameworks.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and plan ahead.
* Clear and confident communicator, able to present complex information simply.
* Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement.
* Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to anticipate issues and identify solutions.
