You will join a collaborative development team where your input will directly influence planning strategy, project delivery and new site opportunities.
This role offers the chance to step into a broad development position with exposure to planning strategy, consultant management, financial feasibility and stakeholder engagement. Depending on your experience, you will join at Assistant Development Manager or Development Manager level.
You will work closely with senior leadership while also managing day to day elements of projects, helping ensure schemes are optimised, risks are managed and developments progress smoothly from planning through to delivery.

Our client is an established UK residential developer delivering large scale regeneration and mixed use communities across London and the South of England. Their projects focus on transforming underused land into well designed neighbourhoods with a strong emphasis on sustainability, placemaking and long term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and manage planning applications, including optimisation strategies for existing consents and coordination with local authorities.
• Manage consultant teams and support design development to ensure projects progress in line with programme and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to development appraisals, cost reconciliation reporting and internal project reviews to track financial performance and risk.
• Assist with feasibility analysis of new development opportunities including planning research, market analysis and financial modelling.
Essential Requirements:
• Experience working in a development, land or planning role with a UK property developer.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and experience working with London local authorities.
• Experience supporting or managing development appraisals and coordinating consultant teams on residential schemes.
