This is a varied and hands‑on role combining marketing, social media, and customer service responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms
* Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activity
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social channels
* Assisting with website and digital content updates
* Monitoring customer feedback and helping improve customer experienceProviding general support across multiple departments as required
About You
* Previous experience in marketing and social media is essential
* Must be confident creating content and managing business social platforms
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Positive, flexible, and happy to work in a varied role
* Customer‑focused with a proactive attitude
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferred
