Job Responsibilities:
* Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer and supplier contract terms
* Prepare and deliver standard and non-standard contracts as required by the business units located across EMEA
* Advising on contractual terms and conditions and resolving any problems or issues arising from contracts both with internal as well as external customers
* Working together with the business units to ensure successful completion of the sales process through contract signature
* Responsibility for enforcing record management policies and procedures and coordinating overall file and database management
* Conducting file audits as well as providing information and support for any other internal or external audits
* Completing certain procedural tasks through corporate software tools to complete the contracts department’s part of compliance processes
What you will learn and develop:

Preferred Qualifications and experience:
* Completed module in Contracts Law, Business or Legal Diploma
* A strong understanding of Commercial contracts and legal principles associated with Contract Law
* Ability to manage large volumes of standard and non-standard contracts
* Be able to work independently, have good time management abilities and be able to produce quality and professional contracts within established timelines
* A collaborative approach to communicate effectively with the business to understand their requirements quickly
* A robust ability to adapt to changing business policies
* Can travel within region where necessary
