Autism Partnership - established in 1994 in Los Angeles, California - is one of the world's most reputable Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) service providers.
We have been operating in the UK since 2000, withour UK centres located in both Leeds & London.We employ over 200 psychologists, consultants & practitioners worldwide.
Position: Full-time Operations Manager
We are currently looking for a full-time Operations Manager at our Leeds centre:
·Salary starting at £45,000 per annum.
·40-hour work week Mondays to Fridays from 9:00am to 5:30pm including a 30-min lunch break.
Benefits Include:
·28 days annual leave including all Bank Holidays.
·Additional leave for long service.
·You will also be entitled to birthday leave in addition to annual leave after a full year of employment.
·In addition, you will be paid for 10 days of sickness in a rolling 12-month period after probation.
·Free onsite parking.
Duties & Responsibilities
·Support the management team in the development and implementation of operational strategies to ensure operational functions comply with company standards.
·Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
·Process invoices, payroll, expenses, and debts.
·Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options.
·Manage staff and client schedules to ensure service hours are delivered.
·Manage new inquiries and process new client intakes.
·Review service and salary rates annually.
·Develop and manage annual budget review.
·Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
·Forecast and report on manpower utilisation.
·Oversee recruitment process.
·Strategic planning for development of ABA therapy services in the UK.
* Oversee the dissemination of the communications strategy across marketing vehicles (including PR, advertising, social media) to increase business growth.
·Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans in line with Autism Partnership goals and define resources to support them.
·Explore and build relations with different stakeholders and potential partners in joint marketing activities.
·Liaise with senior clinical staff and external partners and agencies to execute events, including conferences, training and workshops, to provide advice on best practices, trends and emerging platforms in each of the key markets.
·Drive all kinds of events, including workshops, office tours and industry conferences, etc.
·Prepare marketing materials, including sales collaterals, trainings, presentations, posters, etc.
·Liaise and collaborate with UK Clinical Directors, Autism Partnership Founding & Associate Directors, and Autism Partnership’s international offices.
Requirements:
·Degree holder in Business/Operations Management or equivalent/related discipline.
·A minimum of 5 years of experience in business/operations management, preferably in the education sector.
·Experience in the education/SEND field or a related discipline is an advantage.
·Must be results-oriented with a strong customer-service orientation, whilst maintaining cultural sensitivity.
·Excellent presentation, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills, with great team facilitation and problem-solving skills.
· Must have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and be able to multitask within tight timeframes.
·Must be able to work under own initiative and be self-motivated.
·Ability to prioritise workload under pressure.
* Excellent in written and spoken English is a must.
* Proficient in computer literacy and technology.
* Experience of accounting software packages.
