Job Description
As a Serious Injury Solicitor your duties will include:
3. Manage a varied caseload of serious injury claims from inception to settlement.
4. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
5. Draft legal documents and correspondence related to serious injury cases.
6. Negotiate settlements and liaise with third parties, insurers, and medical professionals.
7. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and outcomes.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant and regulatory frameworks.
9. Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
10. Contribute to the development of the department's best practices and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Serious Injury Solicitor should have:
