About the role
We’re seeking a detail‑driven Sales Order Executive to support our internal sales function. The role involves processing orders, maintaining accuracy, building relationships, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities
* Process daily sales orders and quotations accurately, including electronic order handling.
* Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
* Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
* Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
* Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
* Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
* Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset.
* Results‑oriented with excellent organisational skills.
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
* Customer‑focused with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
* Numerate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
