BIM Coordinator
Location: Clerkenwell, Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

With a diverse portfolio spanning large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, they are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to play a key role in supporting project teams and driving BIM delivery across the practice.
This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Coordinator / Experienced BIM Technician / Revit Specialist with proven experience in the large-scale residential sector and confidence using Revit, Navisworks, ACC / BIM 360.

Office
Clerkenwell, Central London
Hours: Hybrid & Flexi working hours – 5 days per week
Duties
* Coordinate Revit modelling, content creation, and information management in line with studio standards
* Set up and edit complex Revit families for project teams
* Prepare and export Revit schedules to Excel, SQL, and Power Query
* Develop automation scripts with Dynamo to streamline project workflows
* Maintain BIM documentation and Common Data Environments (CDE)
* Conduct clash detection exercises using Navisworks and BIM 360
Requirements
* Large-scale, high-density UK residential experience
* Minimum 5 years’ Revit modelling experience
* Experience delivering ISO:19650 compliant projects
* Advanced Revit user with strong knowledge of complex families
* Competent in Navisworks, BIM 360, COBie, and Uniclass 2015 classification
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
