As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer at Honeywell, in Cambridge, you will be responsible for reactive repairs, servicing, maintenance, testing and commissioning of all types of mechanical and electrical building services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems. Reporting possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement and ensuring all systems, plant and equipment are compliant with legislation and all relevant documentation is completed as per Honeywell processes and that all works are planned with health and safety as a top priority. This is a fixed site role working at one of our client's site 5 days a week. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance Relevant qualifications from an accredited institution in technical disciplines like electrical engineering, plumbing, F gas, or Building/Facilities management Previous work experience in servicing and maintaining Building services to include HVAC, and electrical systems High level of IT competency and ability to use electronic hand-held devices such as Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)/Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) devices Strong commitment to safety and safe working environment.
