Ambrose Avenue Group are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, reliable, and motivated medical receptionist to join our growing team.
As a medical receptionist, you will excel in providing exceptional customer care and possess excellent interpersonal skills, both at the front desk and over the phone. You must be able to work flexibly as part of a team of receptionists on a rota basis to cover surgery opening hours, as well as provide holiday and sickness cover on an overtime basis.
Checking in patients and answering phone calls.
Booking and cancelling appointments either by telephone or through our online platform, Anima.
Addressing non-clinical inquiries and recording requests, such as home visit arrangements.
A pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
