Job Title: Night Concierge
Location: South West London
Reports to: Residents Manager / Operations Team
Role Overview: Provide excellent front-of-house service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficiently managed environment for residents and visitors. Support asset, risk, and contract management routines.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by telephone, and via email.
* Respond to complaints and concerns professionally, escalating where necessary.
* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of external areas.
* Operate and manage amenities, including coffee and beverage facilities.
* Assist with mobilisation, risk management, and contract administration.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence (Category B) for equipment operation.

* Support financial management and budget awareness.
