About You
You must have current NMC registration and a solid knowledge of the latest clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and understanding regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and pharmaceutical guidelines is essential. You should be dedicated, compassionate, and committed to a person-centred approach to nursing.

The Role
Job Overview
Nursing in a care home is challenging but rewarding. You will be responsible for residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, lead and mentor care staff, and provide clinical guidance. Your role includes promoting independence, dignity, and choice, maintaining accurate records, and making critical clinical decisions. As a nurse in charge, you will coordinate and lead shifts, manage medication, and ensure compliance with care and safety standards.
