South West London | Salary up to £45,000 DOE | 1 day WFH
Hunter Dunning is seeking a Part III qualified Architect to join their team on high-end residential projects. The role involves residential refurbishment projects valued at £1 million - £6 million across prime London boroughs. You will lead projects across all RIBA stages and work closely with clients and contractors.
The ideal candidate will be a superstar creative with demonstrable experience producing and presenting design proposals to clients and strong technical abilities and skills.
Your Experience
* Part III qualified Architect with up to 2 years' experience
* High-end residential sector experience in Prime boroughs of London
* Outstanding AutoCAD and Sketchup experience
* UK planning and listed building consents knowledge
* Experience across all RIBA stages and project running
* Traditional detailing, drawing, specifications, and materials
