Salary: £Six-figure base salary plus benefits to include generous accommodation allowance paid monthly, car or car allowance, pension, healthcare, 26 days holidays + more!

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experiencedDiaphragm Wall Construction Managerto lead and coordinate the diaphragm wall construction works on the Sizewell C project. This is a key site-based leadership role, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all D-Wall activities in alignment with project schedules, technical specifications, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, supervise, and manage daily D-Wall construction activities on-site.
2. Oversee specialist equipment, plant, and resources to ensure optimal productivity and safety.
3. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure compliance with project design and quality requirements.
4. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and lead toolbox talks.
5. Monitor progress, prepare reports, and identify and resolve technical or operational challenges.
6. Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to ensure milestones are achieved.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager or Superintendent on Diaphragm wall or major Foundations/Ground Engineering projects.
8. Strong understanding of D-Wall construction techniques, equipment, and QA/QC standards.
9. Solid knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and site practices.
10. Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
