As a Production & Material Scheduler, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules, managing material flow, and collaborating across teams to meet customer demand on time and in full. What you'll be doing
1. Creating and managing detailed production schedules for finished and semi-finished goods.
2. Ensuring material availability through effective use of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
3. Working closely with Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to optimise performance and meet OTIF targets.
4. Monitoring inventory levels and minimising waste through proactive planning.
5. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
6. Strong experience in production or supply planning within a manufacturing environment.
7. Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, ideally SAP.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively across functions.
10. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
