The Opportunity
A fast-growing beauty and wellness business is looking for a driven and commercially astute National Account Manager to take the lead on key retail and distribution partnerships across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and the chance to shape growth strategy across multiple European markets.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the Commercial Director based in the US, you’ll be responsible for leading commercial relationships, launching new products, executing retail plans, and delivering strong account performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage retail partnerships across the UK and European markets.
* Lead seasonal sell-ins, retailer presentations, and negotiations.
* Drive regional shopper marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, and POS channels.
* Deliver flawless execution of commercial plans both online and in-store.
* Develop and align Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retailers.
* Manage forecasting, promotional investment, and trade spend to maximise ROI.
* Build annual account plans aligned with wider commercial strategy.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
* Provide regular performance updates and insight-led recommendations.
About You
* 5+ years of experience in commercial/account management within beauty, personal care, or FMCG.
* Proven success managing major UK retail accounts.
* Strong understanding of shopper marketing, retail execution, and financial planning.
* Experienced in building JBPs and managing promotional budgets.
* Commercially savvy, highly organised, and confident managing multiple stakeholders.
* Comfortable working at pace and across time zones with international teams.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages a bonus!
* Open to regional travel when required.
