Fixed Senior Clinical Pharmacist/Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, Band 7/8a
NHS Tayside is seeking a pharmacist to join a well established and multi-award winning surgery and orthopaedic clinical pharmacy team at Ninewells Hospital. The role offers an opportunity to develop clinical skills and knowledge to practice at an advanced level across multiple settings.
Responsibilities
* Develop and practice clinical skills across General, Vascular and Urology surgery, the Acute Surgical Receiving Unit, Orthopaedics, Critical Care and Theatre Admission Suite.
* Work to develop and enhance skills across all pillars of advanced practice – clinical practice, education, leadership and research.
* Contribute as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team and support further knowledge in critical care, surgical and orthopaedic frailty teams.
* Be an on-going contributor to on-call, weekend and public holiday rotas as per service requirements.
Qualifications
* Must be registered Independent Prescriber or working towards the qualification.
* Must be working towards advanced practice or have experience to an equivalent level.

* Hours: 37.5 hours worked over a 7 day week. Part-time applicants will also be considered.
