Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Care:
* Assist with washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Support with mobility, including use of aids and equipment.

* Prompt or assist clients with taking prescribed medication in accordance with care plans and company policy.

* Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

* Offer companionship and conversation.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care delivered and observations of clients wellbeing.
* Report any changes in clients condition or concerns to supervisors promptly.
