Cygnet Pindar House is our 22-bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment service for men affected by acquired brain injuries. It is a safe and secure environment to aid recovery, as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntington’s Disease a caring, longer-term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Producing outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
* Working closely with the management team to develop the service, conduct audits, and improve quality
* Attending all training and engaging in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing standards
* Ensuring individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines, in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
* Administering medicines following healthcare procedures and guidelines

Are an experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number, possessing…
Essential:
* The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
* A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
* Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence
Desirable:
* The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
* An interest in leadership, research, and assessment
