Job Description Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Reports to: Project Manager Based at: Derby Mobility/travel: Occasional Salary: £Competitive Primary Purpose of the Role: To support the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring projects, which includes administrative tasks like scheduling and reporting, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking budgets and managing project documents. To carry out the role whilst ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Project Planning and Execution: Assist with Project Planning, Development and Implementation Control or Manage Smaller Projects or Specific phases of larger Projects. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with Stakeholders to understand and communicate project needs, goals and progress. Administrative Tasks: Including (but not limited to) setting up meetings, preparing Invoices and quotations, monitoring and ensuring individual project financials are up to date and on target, Managing Operational Systems day to day (Trello, ERP systems etc).
