Job Title: Rough Sleeper and Tenancy Support Navigator
Contract: 12 months fixed term until May 26

Hours: 37 hours
Salary: HC07 £31,067 - £35,235

The role
* Provide an efficient and effective temporary accommodation service for households where the Council has a duty to accommodate, following Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 as amended.
* Offer resettlement advice to homeless households moving into temporary accommodation and support their move-on or relocation, including signposting to support agencies.
* Follow temporary accommodation policies and procedures, ensuring best practices are maintained.
About You
* Good communicator able to work across public, private, and faith sectors.
* Passionate with a proven track record of supporting vulnerable people.
* Flexible and innovative in approach.
* Capable of understanding complex environments and developing cohesive solutions.
* Knowledge of Housing legislation.
