Job Description
* Participate in the design and development of electrical systems, from concept to implementation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
* Analyze and interpret complex electrical schematics and technical specifications
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new electrical projects
* Develop and maintain electrical system documentation, including drawings and specifications
* Ensure compliance with national and international electrical standards and regulations
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical engineering issues in existing systems
* Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members
* Participate in client meetings and present technical solutions
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project development
* Proficiency in circuit design, analysis, power systems, and control systems
* Strong knowledge of national and international electrical standards and regulations
* Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and project managementAdvanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
* Solid understanding of BIM and digital design tools
* Ability to write clear and concise technical specifications
* Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Experience in managing small to mid‑sized teams
* Familiarity with electrical safety standards and best practices
* Proven track record of successful project delivery from concept through construction
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
