A well-established and growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / Support Team Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client support function. What you’ll be doing day to day: Support Team Management Manage, mentor and delegate workload across the Support Team Create, review and enhance internal workflows and operational processes Act as the primary liaison with external service providers for queries, developments and system enhancements Oversee the preparation and distribution of quarterly investment reports and client documentation Supervise client onboarding and review processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely system updates Coordinate with external PR advisers to produce quarterly newsletters and website content Organise and coordinate internal staff events Executive Assistant Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and COO Organise Board and Management meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking Ensure effective follow-up on key actions arising from meetings The skills you need to bring: Experience as an Executive Assistant with some team management responsibilities 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a wealth management firm Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills A professional, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external service Approachable, with excellent relationship building skills Strong awareness of the FCA regulatory environment
