Interim Group Financial Accountant - Compeititve Day Rate Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for driving financial excellence across multiple entities? We’re seeking a dynamic Group Accountant to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a pivotal role in consolidating financial reporting, enhancing controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate consolidated group financial statements. Lead month-end and year-end close processes across subsidiaries. Ensure compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP and internal policies. Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting tools. About You ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent). Proven experience in group accounting, ideally in a multi-entity environment. Strong technical accounting knowledge. Excellent Excel and financial systems skills (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Proactive, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator. Why Join?
