OTE: Up to £52,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
(Alternate Saturdays – two per month, with a weekday off in return)

We are searching for a motivated Junior Mechanic / Vehicle Technician to join our established Edenbridge workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-stage experience who wants to develop, earn well, and work in a calm, supportive environment without dealership pressure or unrealistic targets.

Role Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
* Assist with diagnostics and fault-finding using up-to-date tools
* Support MOT preparation and inspection processes
* Work closely with senior technicians to expand your skills
* Uphold workshop standards and deliver consistently high-quality workmanship
About You
* 1–2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician, Junior Mechanic, or Automotive Technician
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
