Responsibilities:
* Customer Advocate and Market Thought Leader: Build trustworthy relationships in the market to provide differentiated expertise to executives and partners. Improve Customer & Partner Experience through quality account management and strategic planning.
* Growth and Transformational Sales Leader: Champion operational excellence through the adoption of Microsoft's Customer Engagement Methodology across industries.
* People Leader: Develop capabilities for the customer journey across Retail, Consumer Goods, Communications, Media, and Telco industries. Foster an inclusive culture that attracts top talent and maintains high sales performance.
* Steward of the Business: Lead the Region of Business, oversee segment operations, and collaborate with enablement, operations, and finance teams to manage forecasts and pipeline hygiene.
* Compliance: Uphold Microsoft's values, culture, and Trust Code in all decisions.
How You Do:
* Actively sponsor transformation initiatives, including coaching and learning programs to upskill teams in industry, AI, and leadership.
* Create a culture focused on consumption, driving Azure revenue pipelines.
* Dedicate weekly time to coaching managers on enabling team success and talent development.
* Position The Era of AI with senior decision-makers and engage with GSI's and Advisories.
* Focus on Software Defined Sovereignty, Azure, AI, and Cybersecurity in executing growth plans.
* Lead accountability through regular rhythms of connection and strategic industry understanding.
* Drive alignment across teams and resources to execute as One Microsoft.
Measure of Success:
* Growth in industry-specific metrics, revenue, and consumption.
* YoY growth in billed revenue, consumption, and partner share.
* Execution excellence across the Enterprise Commercial business.
* Active participation in governance and partner integration.
* Foster a culture of empowerment, transparency, and trust for personal and team growth.
Extensive experience in senior sales leadership, managing high-performance teams, coaching solution sales, and leadership in large organizations is required.
